Top 25 Rankings for both boys and girls will come out starting Sep 12/13. Most likely, either girls or boys will be published Monday and the other one Tuesday.
Rankings may or may not be updated after regionals.
Final Top 25 Rankings will be published no later than Thanksgiving.
There will be a 4 part Running in College Series to help give runners an idea for the process of competing in college.
The plan is also to do a couple more college coaching interviews.
There will be coverage of select races. Not going to determine which ones yet.
