A new year brings new opportunities. The much heralded 2023 crew loses several runners, but there is a new crop ready to step up. The depth of the Cardinals is still incredible as 6 guys went sub 10 this past Saturday in their time trial. Coach Baker says, “I was very impressed by our depth. We’re going to be better than people think.”
